SUMMARY:License to Carry Firearms Evening Class
DESCRIPTION:This is the class required to apply for a License To Carry (LTC
 ) or a Firearms Identification Card (FID) in Massachusetts. Upon completin
 g this class\, you will receive your MA Basic Firearms Certificate.\n\nCur
 riculum includes:\n\n 	Firearm safety in the home and on the firing range\
 n 	Understanding the basics of handling firearms\, including parts\, nomen
 clature\, and operation\n 	Identifying and loading/unloading of most commo
 n types of handguns\n 	Fundamentals of marksmanship\n 	Cleaning and basic 
 maintenance\n\nClass Details:\n\n 	Cost: $150 per person\n 	Duration: One 
 4-hour session\n 	Includes: Classroom and live-fire instruction\n 	All equ
 ipment is provided for the student\, but a notepad and pen to take notes a
 re encouraged\n 	Classes are held in the comfort of a conference room with
  refreshments included\n\nSmall classes and 1 on 1 live fire with instruct
 or\nGuests of students can attend for free (including live fire) and will 
 only pay if they want the LTC   certificate\nFree lifetime recertificati
 on for any reason\n$250 credit toward membership at the Weston Shooters Cl
 ub\n\nPlease read our Cancellation and Refund Policy before purchasing:\n\
 n 	Cancellations prior to 24 hours before a class are fully refundable or 
 may be rescheduled.\n 	For the first cancellation within 24 hours of a cla
 ss\, we will accommodate a free rescheduling to a future class but fees ar
 e non-refundable.\n 	Subsequent cancellations within 24 hours of a schedul
 ed class or a no-call/no-show are non-refundable. Rescheduling is availabl
 e at standard pricing.\n 	Students who do not pass the live-fire competenc
 y assessment will be allowed to schedule a new assessment with the origina
 l instructor at a later date or may be refunded.\n 	Please arrive 10-15 mi
 nutes early. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.\n
